Graduate Intern | Pure Water Silicon Valley

Part Time 20 hours per week | Graduate Student Internship

Must be a current Graduate Student with major in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering.

Support the Pure Water Silicon Valley delivery team:
" Assist the Demonstration Facility project management team, including tracking of internal submittal reviews, project file management, internal meeting coordination, and reviewing/tracking of invoices from the Project Management Consultant and Demonstration Facility designer
" Support procurement of long lead items required for the Demonstration Facility Project
" Assist in reviewing project reports and plans
" Support management of the Microsoft Project, including internal coordination related to the outreach trailer relocation and parking lot construction, tracking of internal plan/submittal reviews, and file management.
" Help coordinate and participate in on-site sampling events, as needed, including set-up, sample collection, calibration checks, and proper documentation.

Required Knowledge:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Knowledgeable in general engineering principles
Able to work collaboratively with various units and group

Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
