Position Details

• Daily Caseload: 15 patients per tech in the department
• Experience Required: 2 years in a cath lab as an X-ray Tech
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend call, off-site with a 30-minute response time. Sleep rooms available on-site.
• On-Call Requirement: 1-2 overnights, then every 3-4 weekends
• Floating Requirements: Will float to Mercy Hospital - Unity campus as needed
• Block Schedule: Not accommodated
• Local Candidates: Not accepted within a 100-mile radius
• Pending State License: Accepted
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty

Special Requirements

• Experience in CV and PVD labs
• Proficiency with diagnostic and interventional angiograms
• Ability to perform right and left heart caths, ASD and PFO closures, Impella, EKOS, rota-pro, athrectomy
• Experience with scrub stenting and driving the table
• Familiarity with coronary and peripheral angiograms, stents, PFO, ASD, athrectomy, EKOS, CSI, rotablade
• Required Equipment Experience: C-Arm Operations
• Preferred Equipment Experience: Client and Phillips, Siemens, MedRad, Excellian, Client Mac Lab, Q-Site, Synapse
• Scrub experience required
• BLS, ARRT Required
• ACLS and ARRT Advanced Certification Preferred
