Job Description
Make complex parts simple. Make great processes inevitable.

Join a team where craftsmanship meets rigor. You’ll turn contract and TDP requirements into production-ready methods, architect CNC programs for challenging geometries, and elevate throughput and quality with smart tooling and fixtures.

Impact you will deliver
  • Transform TDP and contractual requirements into structured routings and business-system data.
  • Author efficient, reliable CNC programs for precision components.
  • Specify tooling; design or refine fixturing to stabilize processes.
  • Execute critical setups and qualify processes before production handoff.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean efforts across cells.
  • Coach and train engineers, machinists, and cross-functional teammates.
  • Contribute to quality planning, including sampling plans and control strategies.
  • Partner with estimating to scope new work and cycle times.
  • Support broader process engineering activities.
  • Ensure compliance with solicitation and contractual obligations.
  • Operate with high ownership and minimal supervision.
Qualifications we’re looking for
  • BS in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); typically 5–7+ years in CNC manufacturing.
  • Extensive knowledge of machining processes, methods, and tooling technology.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM; comfortable programming complex features.
  • Hands-on shop experience, including setups and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of sampling plans and statistical approaches.
  • Background in aerospace and/or DoD manufacturing preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency for reports, analysis, and collaboration.
  • Quality systems fluency: ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Awareness of government contracting requirements.
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills.
Benefits and schedule
  • Competitive wages
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurance
  • 9 paid holidays
  • Vacation/PTO after 90 days
  • 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
  • Salaried position with a 9/80 workweek — every other Friday off
