Location: Phoenix / Dallas / Columbus

Salary Range: $52.00 - $55.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).

Role Descriptions

• Overall Experience Required is 10 years.
• 0Must have 7+ years of Experience in SharePoint2016.
• Hands-on ShareGate Migrate Pro: job configuration, mapping files, incremental and delta passes, activation management within the licensed machine count.
• Microsoft Migration Manager: agent deployment, jump-box and local-agent topology, task scheduling.
• Windows file server and SMB share administration; NTFS ACL interpretation.
• Pre-migration scanning and error-log analysis; root-causing timeouts, failures and skipped items.
• Metadata fidelity — created and modified dates, authorship, versioning, permission inheritance.
• Illegal-character, long-path and unsupported-file-type remediation.
• OneDrive sync client troubleshooting: sync conflicts, cached-file issues, client reset.
• Post-migration reconciliation — file counts, spot validation, delta reporting.
• Working PowerShell for job automation and log parsing.
