VP Credit Analyst (C&I)

Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an VP Credit Analyst (C&I) for a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

• Credit and risk control through analyses of the factors in the credit business (C&I)
• Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions
• Defending cases to Credit Committee
• Preparing Credit Assessments
• Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc.
• Post disbursement management
• Covenant Compliance
• Act as a risk manager escalating risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years credit related work experience
• C&I Credit Exposure
