Trade Settlements Operations

Responsible for processing and reviewing U.S. trade transactions through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), ensuring timely and accurate settlement in accordance with T 1 requirements.

• Process and settle trades while maintaining accurate customer account information.
• Ensure trades are properly affirmed with brokers and completed within required settlement deadlines.
• Process trades requiring manual enrichment and resolve missing or incomplete data.
• Prepare and review daily reports and perform transaction reconciliations.
• Research and resolve settlement fails, escalating issues to management as appropriate.
• Communicate with clients regarding missing information, settlement requirements, and messaging issues.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1 years of experience in banking, securities, or financial operations.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and trade settlement processes.
• Familiarity with DTCC and U.S. securities settlement is a plus.
