Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 

CMA/Medication Aide Certification: A Plus!

Calvin Community is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring CNA/Resident Aide to join our team in our Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care Unit!

If you enjoy building relationships with residents, helping others maintain their independence, and providing meaningful care, we would love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Provide compassionate, individualized care while promoting residents' dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Support residents in our Assisted Living Memory Care Unit with patience, understanding, and respect.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Work as part of a team to provide quality care and enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience working as a Resident Aide or CNA

• CMA/Medication Aide certification is a plus!

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
