Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Orono, ME
Employment Type: Per diem
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: 10:30 pm - 6:45 AM

We are seeking a caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will help maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety while supporting the nursing team in delivering quality care.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned and within the scope of training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while protecting residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Document care provided according to facility procedures.

• Current CNA certification
• BLS/CPR certification
• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to resident dignity.
• Ability to assist residents with daily activities and follow care instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team.
