EDI & Outbound Routing Coordinator

In this position, you will manage our inbound EDI 850 Purchase Orders and send the EDI 856 ASNs and EDI 810 Invoices.
You will also be responsible for routing orders, preparing Bills of Lading, and following up with the warehouse on shipping.

Responsibilities:
" Setting up new trading partners and test
" Set up styles in UPC catalogs and Data Pool
" Process EDI 850 retailer orders and 860 order changes
" Work with the sales team for corrections and extensions as needed
" Allocate pick tickets and send them to warehouse
" Reviewing customer Routing guides
" Route orders for shipment
" Create Bills of Lading
" Follow up with the warehouse to be sure orders ship on time
" Send out EDI Invoices 810's and EDI ASNs 856s.
Requirements:
" A minimum of 5 years of EDI experience doing similar work for a fashion company
" Intermediate level knowledge of Excel
" Must be very detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on your own
" Great attitude and a desire to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities
