About the Role

As a CNA Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of our team, overseeing the scheduling, hiring, and credentialing processes while stepping in to provide client care when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your CNA certification and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact on both our staff and the clients we serve.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Managing caregiver schedules to ensure seamless client care.
• Leading the hiring process for new employees, including conducting interviews, reference checks, and creating personnel files.
• Running background checks and verifying credentials for new hires.
• Maintaining up-to-date employee files with all required credentialing and training documentation.
• Stepping in to provide direct care to clients when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• CNA Certification (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in a CNA or related role.
• A clean background to meet our hiring standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
