Assembly - 1st Shift

Join our dynamic production team in Ashland as a key player in maintaining our facility’s safety, quality, and productivity standards. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing tubes.

• Manage scrap, efficiency, and product quality.
• Set up and operate the probe assembly station and supporting equipment as per product specifications and schedule.
• Apply raw tubes to probe caps by hand, ensuring alignment with quality specifications.
• Ensure accurate box counts, secure boxes, label correctly, and place completed products on pallets.
• Coordinate with material handlers to move finished products or unused materials to the warehouse drop area.
• Uphold quality standards and report any defective products to the Shift Leader.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Train new team members in proper evaluation and packing of tubes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pallet jack/tow motor experience preferred.
• Time management, attention to detail.
• Pallet jack/tow motor, RF scanners.
• Basic computer skills, Oracle/WMS knowledge preferred.
