TradeWorX is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for a retaining wall and hardscape construction project in the Lenhartsville, PA area.

This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving stacking, retaining wall blocks, cutting geogrid, moving materials, and supporting an active construction crew.

We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work, follow safety procedures, and can commit to a consistent work schedule. The assignment is expected to last approximately 4 6 months, depending on project needs and performance.

Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
Pay & Overtime

• Pay Rate: $22 $24 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime may be available depending on hours worked.
• Eligible overtime hours are paid in accordance with applicable law.

Schedule

• Monday Thursday: 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM 1:00 PM
• Location: Lenhartsville, PA
• Expected Start: Monday, October 26, 2026

Job Duties

• Stack and handle concrete blocks used in retaining wall construction.
• Cut and position geogrid materials as directed.
• Move, carry, and organize construction materials.
• Assist crew members with general hardscape and sitework activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and established jobsite safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction labor.
• Dependable attendance and ability to report by 6:30 AM.
• Ability to work

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical work outdoors.
• Previous experience in general construction, landscaping, hardscape installation, masonry labor, or retaining wall work is helpful, but specialized masonry experience is not required.
• We value a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a willingness to support the crew.
