• Build Power Bl portfolio, risk, status, OKR, and owner-supplied value dashboard
• Deliver executive and LPM reporting packs for the governance cadence
• Maintain Power Bl dataset and dashboard quality, refresh, and distribution

DATA & REPORTING STANDARDS

• Define portfolio reporting standards, metric definitions, and data requirements
• Use Operations supplied source data and extracts to build reporting datasets
• Report value measures supplied by business owners, who own value realization
• Report adoption and usage. Monitor reporting completeness and timeliness

INSIGHTS & AUTOMATION

• Produce trend, bottleneck, and readiness analyses from portfolio data
• Automate recurring reporting, alerts, and distribution
• Design, test, and improve CoPilot Studio reporting agents
