Field Distribution Dispatcher (Bethlehem, PA)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Field Distribution Dispatcher to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bethlehem, PA.

Job Title:  Field Distribution Dispatcher
Work Location:  Bethlehem, PA
Duration:  Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required:  High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• This contingent worker will be working with excel spreadsheet reports daily, making sure that orders are placed, necessary documents are signed, and trucks are routed.
• There will be some light scheduling/rescheduling of truck routes when changes arise.

Skills & Qualifications:

• The candidate should have some kind of dispatch/truck routing experience, customer service skills, Outlook skills, and be able to multi-task.
• They will be using Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax in this role so experience with any of these is a plus.
• Must have strong Excel experience.
• This role will take place in an office setting, the selected candidate will be provided with a laptop and will work independently out of their own cubicle. 
• Driving: No
• Dress Code: Business Casual, Jeans are ok as long as they aren't ripped
• There is free parking available.
