Assignment Details

• 13-week contract

• Day shift

• 48 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Take and document vital signs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

• Provide compassionate care and emotional support

Requirements

• Current CNA certification

• Active BLS certification (if required by facility)

• Previous long-term care, hospital, or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work 48 hours per week on day shift
