CMMS Maintenance Dispatcher # 26-27075

Duration: 12 Months Contract
 
Job Description:              

• As a maintenance dispatcher, you will receive phone calls and gather information from requestors, then perform data entry into Maximo (CMMS).
• You will call the necessary technician to go and work on the maintenance issue.

 
Skills Required:

• One year data base work experience. Excellent writing skills including good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Deadline and detailed oriented with strong communication skills.

 
Skills Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair crafts used such as electrical, instrument, electronic, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, to create service call requests in the computer database

 
Experience Required:

• Experience with Microsoft office and computerized maintenance management systems.

 
Experience Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience with scheduling and 2+ years experience with a maintenance management system.

 
Education Required:

• High School or GED
