Perm Orthopedic NP/PA Opening in Oregon! Union County OR

Opportunity Healthcare is hiring a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner in Union County, OR. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within an established cardiology practice at a critical access hospital serving eastern Oregon.

• Setting: Not-for-profit critical access hospital with a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services
• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
• Patient volume: Average 12–16 patients per day
• Call: No call requirements
• Practice: Established team of one full-time physician and one full-time nurse practitioner
• Duties: Implantable cardiac device management, stress testing supervision, interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs and device interrogation reports, and minor procedures including loop recorder implant and removal, cardioversion, and TEE
• Technology: Epic EHR with Cupid module; AI scribe available
• Compensation: Base compensation starting at $140,000 per year, plus quality incentives, RVU bonus, and commencement bonus
