Devops Engineer

 Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment and management of applications in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience in managing code migrations and ensuring source control policies.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry is preferred.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters to support application deployment and scaling.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower, and XL Release.
• Coordinate and manage software releases, ensuring smooth deployment processes and alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor and track vulnerabilities, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with organizational policies.
• Serve as an escalation point for escalated production and/or platform issues.
