Job Title: AI Test Lead
Location: Tampa FL

Pay Range: $40-42/Hour on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)

Position Summary:
" Lead QA teams and manage end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
" Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, and REST Assured.
" Perform functional, regression, integration, API, backend, and UAT testing.
" Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
" Explore AI/LLM-based testing solutions to improve test case generation, test automation, defect analysis, and overall testing efficiency.
" Evaluate AI-powered testing tools and identify opportunities to integrate AI into QA processes.
Required Skills:
" Strong experience in QA leadership and software testing.
" Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman, and REST Assured.
" Experience with API testing, SQL, database validation, and CI/CD pipelines
