About the Role

Now hiring an experienced Order Dropper / High-Reach Forklift Operator for one of our top light industrial clients located in Jacksonville, FL (32258).

In this role, you will safely operate a high-reach industrial truck to retrieve, move, and organize products throughout a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you take pride in operating equipment safely, hitting production goals, and keeping your work area organized, we want to hear from you.

This is a long-term, full-time Monday through Friday opportunity with weekly pay, strong potential for permanent placement, and a chance to grow with an established and respected organization.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a high-reach industrial truck to pull, move, and drop orders accurately
• Pick, stage, and organize products according to order requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
• High-reach, cherry picker, order picker, or stand-up forklift experience strongly preferred
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification, as required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, FL 32258 area

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
• Ability to bend, reach, climb on and off equipment, and perform repetitive movements as needed
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a warehouse environment
