Available Shifts and Work Schedule:
1st Shift (Monday – Friday) 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - $24.00/hr.
2nd Shift (Monday – Friday) 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM - $25.92/hr.
3rd Shift (Monday – Friday) 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM - $26.88/hr.
Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday) 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM - $27.60/hr.
 
 
Job Description
The company is looking for a highly motivated individual to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer more connected world.
As an Assembly Operator (Production Associate) for the EODAS factory, your job will be to build next generation technology for the warfighter.
You will perform a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment.
 
Duties for this position include:

• Working in a cleanroom environment.
• Performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners.
• Working with types of hardware including:
  • Machined housings
  • Circuit cards
  • Mirrors
  • Motors
  • Optical assemblies
• Using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with:
  • Wire sleeving
  • Solder
  • Bonding materials
• Using precision torque tools.
• Soldering.
• Repairing and/or inspecting electric and mechanical systems.
• Passing certifications.
• Working limited overtime when needed.
• Cross-training for other areas.
• Being engaged with daily production activities that drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and schedule performance.

 
Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Experience working with minimal supervision.
• Self-Motivated.
• Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents.
• The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
