 is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume Service Department. Evening and Saturday availability is especially valuable.

What You'll Do:

As an Experienced Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our Service Department. You will:

• Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process
• Recommend service and maintenance options based on customer needs
• Explain service costs and provide accurate estimates
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers
• Offer service specials and additional maintenance opportunities
• Monitor vehicles from service-bay entry through completion
• Review completed work with customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain a high CSI score
• Work closely with technicians and the Service Department team
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.

The ideal candidate has:

• Verifiable Automotive Service Advisor experience, including CSI and employment history
• Evening and Saturday availability is especially valuable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Automotive mechanical knowledge
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
