Caregiver Needed

About who needs care: Patient is a fall risk. She has had 3 ER visits due to falls in the last month. She needs support in the home to prevent falls. Will need transportation to doctor appointments and errands. About the care needs: Patient is very friendly and social. She would like someone who is kind and responsible. Patient enjoys going out to lunch and social gatherings. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
