Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Guilderland. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and meal preparation, as well as driving them to and from Pre-K. We are looking for someone to care for the baby and someone who can be fun, loving and supportive of the older boys when they get home from school. It's important to us that this person helps steer-the-ship while also remembering that they are children, and can remember to keep playfulness in their lives as well. We are in need of care to start mid December or early January.
