Room Attendant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to join our team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
1. Clean and tidy guest rooms as assigned according to company standards.
2. Change bed linens and replace towels.
3. Replenish amenities such as toiletries and supplies.
4. Dust, vacuum, and mop guest rooms.
5. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized.
6. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
7. Assist with laundry duties as needed.
8. Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent time management skills.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
