BRISK is an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) looking for enthusiastic, hardworking delivery associates to deliver Amazon packages.

Job Description

This is a full-time delivery-associate position with BRISK delivering packages to Amazon customers from the brand new Santa Ana Delivery Station DUR2

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem-solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

· Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Scheduling:

• $23.50/ hour (paid biweekly)
• 8-10-hour shifts are typical
• Shift start time is 10:30 AM
• 4-day work week, 36-40 hours, is typical (during peak periods we work a 5-day work week)
• Fixed schedules, no schedule rotations. 4 consecutive days on, 3 consecutive days off
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time using the company-held handheld device for navigation and deliveries. 
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
• Safely drive and operate the company delivery van at all times and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle. 
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages into the van.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to frequently get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
• Delivering to neighborhoods of Santa Ana, Irvine, Tustin, Orange, & Yorba Linda
• Be PUNCTUAL, show up on time, work hard, and have fun!

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
