Job Summary

HWH is actively seeking skilled Journeyman Concrete to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting forms, placing, and finishing concrete for a wide range of construction projects. If you have a solid background in concrete work and are ready to put your experience to work on high-impact projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications to determine concrete placement requirements.
• Build, assemble, install, and remove concrete forms according to project plans and specifications.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install reinforcing steel, rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement materials.
• Mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete for foundations, slabs, walls, sidewalks, and other structures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, vibrators, screeds, trowels, and other concrete placement and finishing equipment.
• Perform concrete finishing techniques, including floating, troweling, edging, and jointing, to achieve the required surface quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to work on concrete structures both at heights and below grade
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings a plus
• Strong understanding of concrete tools and finishing techniques
• Safety-focused with reliable work habits
