Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ annually (Performance-Based Earnings)
Pay Structure: Base Commission with Unlimited Earning Potential

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Present our industry-leading bath remodeling solutions
• Use an iPad and design software to create customized bathroom designs
• Deliver professional product presentations
• Provide pricing and financing options
• Close sales and achieve performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• In-home sales or home improvement experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and closing sales
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Technology-friendly and comfortable using tablets and software
