Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general upkeep across residential properties in the Chillicothe area.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance, punch-outs, and general repairs.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical work.
• Repair walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, lighting, and other property components.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Travel between assigned properties as needed.
• Document completed work using basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of residential or building maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Basic HVAC/mechanical experience is a plus.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders.
• Comfortable working in apartments, halfway houses, recovery housing, and other community residential settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
