Part-Time Tiktok on Camera Live Auction Host (commission based)

Location: Hanson, MA — In Person
Pay: $15 per hour + 5% sales commission during live shows
Schedule: Part-time with flexible scheduling

About the Position

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person to help sell fashion jewelry and other products through live auctions on Whatnot, eBay, TikTok, and similar platforms.

No prior experience is needed—we’ll teach you the products, platforms, and shipping process. What matters most is your personality, willingness to learn, and interest in talking with viewers and presenting products.

Pay & Commission Structure

We offer a $15 per hour base pay for all hours worked, including live shows, packing, shipping, and other tasks.

During live shows, you’ll also earn an additional 5% commission on eligible merchandise sales generated during your shows.

For example, during a one-hour live show:

• $200 in sales = $15 base pay + $10 commission = $25/hour
• $400 in sales = $15 base pay + $20 commission = $35/hour
• $600 in sales = $15 base pay + $30 commission = $45/hour
• $1,000 in sales = $15 base pay + $50 commission = $65/hour

The more you sell during your live shows, the more you can earn! This commission-based structure gives motivated hosts the opportunity to increase their earnings as they gain experience and build their audience.

No sales experience or existing social media following is required. We’ll provide training and help you develop your live-selling skills.

What You’ll Do

• Show and describe products during live auctions.
• Chat with viewers, answer questions, and keep the conversation going.
• Pack, label, and ship customer orders.
• Organize merchandise and help with routine inventory tasks.

• Enjoys talking with people and is open to learning live selling.
• Pays attention to details and handles orders carefully.
• Can use a smartphone or computer and work at our Hanson office.
