An established Atlanta law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its construction practice. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who wants to develop or deepen a practice focused on construction-related disputes while working directly with experienced litigation partners.
The associate will handle a variety of commercial and residential construction matters, including construction defect claims, contract disputes, and other construction-related litigation. The role offers substantive involvement throughout the litigation process and the opportunity to develop hands-on experience while building expertise in a defined practice area.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of litigation experience
- Construction defect or construction litigation experience strongly preferred
- Active Georgia Bar license
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and litigation deadlines
- Interest in developing a long-term construction litigation practice
