Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Field Investigator to handle domestic, corporate, and client support investigations with an emphasis on surveillance.

This is a contract, as-needed position. Ideal candidates must possess high adaptability, strong work ethic, and a flexible schedule to respond to operational needs across the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct covert static, mobile, and foot surveillance for various client investigations.
• Gather accurate, court-ready evidence and maintain detailed, chronological chain-of-custody logs.
• Utilize modern investigative tools and technology to collect and process intelligence.
• Prepare clear, concise, and professional investigation reports using Microsoft Word.
• Maintain clear communication with team leads and client support throughout operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a licensed/experienced Field Investigator (surveillance focus required).
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and modern investigative tools/technology.
• Plus Skills: Prior experience in database investigations and OSINT / Social Media intelligence gathering is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility: Must have a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays as cases dictate).
• Gear & Transport: Must possess a reliable, discreet vehicle, appropriate surveillance video equipment, and a valid driver's license.
• Professionalism: High level of integrity, discretion, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
