Life Insurance Sales Agent — Inbound | Training & Licensing Support Provided

About the role
Atlas Life Group helps families find the right life insurance coverage. We work with multiple A-rated carriers, which lets us recommend what actually fits each client rather than pushing one product.

As a Sales Agent, you’ll speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance. There’s no cold calling, no door knocking, and no selling to friends and family. You’ll learn a proven phone consultation process, compare options for each client, and help them complete their application.

This is a strong fit for someone early in their career who wants to build real sales skills, earn based on performance, and work toward a professional license.

What you’ll do

• Speak with inbound clients who are actively shopping for coverage
• Understand each client’s needs and budget
• Compare plans across multiple carriers and explain options clearly
• Complete applications over the phone
• Keep accurate records in our CRM
• Join daily coaching sessions to sharpen your skills

What we offer

• No experience required. We train you from day one.
• Licensing support. We help qualified candidates obtain the Florida 2-14 or 2-15 life insurance license.
• Flexible schedule. You choose your shifts within our call hours: inbound 11 AM–7 PM, outbound 9 AM–11 PM.
• Hybrid work. Agents are expected to work in our Miami office in their first 12 weeks
• Clear growth path. Top performers can move into senior agent and team lead roles.
• Renewal income. You earn ongoing commissions on policies that stay active, vested from day one.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, with a weekly/monthly pay

• Typical first-year agent earnings: $75,000–$100,000+, based on actual agent results
• Leads are provided

Earnings depend on individual performance.

What we’re looking for

• 18 or older (required for Florida licensing)
• Confident, clear communicator on the phone
• Coachable and motivated by goals
• Organized and reliable with follow-up
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
