SQL Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support workforce planning, reporting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will analyze data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights to help teams make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workload management and workforce planning activities.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze database information.
• Create clear charts, graphs, and visual reports to present data effectively.
• Gather reporting and project requirements from stakeholders.
• Support projects through data updates, additional analysis, meetings, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate reports and communicate changes when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database querying.
• Programming experience in M, R, JavaScript, PHP, or C++.
