Registered Nurse – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing | Centreville, MS

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a precious boy under the age of ten in Centreville, MS. Weekday and weekend shifts are available, with opportunities equivalent to full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

In this role, you will work independently in the child’s home, providing skilled nursing care according to physician orders and the individualized plan of care. Your care will support the child’s health, comfort, and quality of life while providing reassurance and support to his family.

With a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, you can focus your attention on one child and make a meaningful difference with every shift.

This opening is for a case located in Centreville, MS.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the child’s condition and promptly communicate changes or concerns.

• Assess pain and discomfort and provide appropriate comfort measures according to the plan of care.

• Perform prescribed nursing interventions and procedures.

• Educate the family and caregivers about the child’s care needs.

• Administer medications and nutrition through the G-tube as ordered.

• Provide airway care and respiratory interventions according to physician orders and the plan of care.

Pay: $37 per hour, paid biweekly.

Available Shifts: Days & Nights

Contract Status: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with straight hourly pay.
