This position is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, uncovering business needs, improving operational processes, and helping drive technology solutions from concept through implementation. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between business teams and technical resources, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals and operational requirements.

This is not a purely technical or software development-focused role. We are seeking a naturally curious professional who can engage with business users, identify root causes of challenges, document requirements, and help deliver successful enterprise system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis

  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand operational challenges and business objectives.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and validate requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Create process maps, workflows, and documentation that clearly communicate current and future state processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

System Design & Solution Support

  • Provide input and recommendations on system design based on business requirements.
  • Validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet operational and user needs.
  • Assist technical teams by clarifying requirements and addressing questions throughout the development lifecycle.

Testing & User Acceptance

  • Develop and execute test cases based on documented requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Gather and document user feedback and ensure issues are addressed prior to deployment.

Deployment & Change Management

  • Support end-user training initiatives and develop user documentation.
  • Assist with change management communications and adoption efforts.
  • Help ensure a smooth transition from implementation to production support.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather post-implementation feedback from stakeholders and end users.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and evolving business requirements.
  • Partner with technical teams on improvements, upgrades, and future initiatives.
  • Monitor user satisfaction and system effectiveness to support ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 4 years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related experience.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement.
  • Experience participating in software implementation projects and SDLC activities.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, system integrations, or enterprise business applications.
  • Background in construction, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, materials handling, supply chain, or field operations environments.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, process mapping, and workflow modeling.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive and inquisitive Business Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment. They enjoy asking questions, understanding how businesses operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping organizations implement practical technology solutions that drive results.

If you are passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology while supporting impactful enterprise initiatives, we encourage you to apply.
