Job Description
We are seeking a Reliability Specialist based along the Illinois I-80 corridor, covering the territory from the Quad Cities to South Bend, Indiana. This role focuses on predictive maintenance, with responsibilities including vibration data collection and analysis, equipment diagnostics, repair recommendations, and balancing and alignment of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes, and blowers. Approximately 70% of the role involves vibration work, split between field data collection and home-office analysis. Daily regional travel is required, with most trips completed the same day and limited overnight stays.
