Production Associate – Steady Work, Multiple Shifts

Madisonville, TN | Full-Time | $17/hr to start, with an increase when hired on permanently

Looking for steady, full-time work close to home? We’re hiring Production Associates in Madisonville, and we’ve got shifts to fit different schedules.

If you’ve worked in a warehouse, on a production line, or any job where you’re on your feet and keeping things moving, you’ll fit right in here. No experience? We’ll train you on the job.

What you’ll do

• Work on the production floor assembling, building, and preparing parts
• Use hand tools and power tools to get the job done
• Check your work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Load, unload, and move materials where they need to go
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and wear the right PPE

What we’re looking for

• Reliable and shows up on time, every shift
• Able to stay on your feet for a full shift and handle occasional heavy lifting
• Comfortable with basic math and measurements
• Works well with a team and takes direction
• Takes safety seriously

Nice to have, but not required

• Production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or a tape measure
