The Studio ✨
If you are high-energy, value meaningful face-to-face connections, and want a role where you can make a tangible impact without the typical fitness industry burnout, you’ll fit right in. The Exercise Coach isn’t your chaotic, crowded, big-box gym. We operate a private, pristine, and low-stress studio designed for focused progress.
We meet people where they are. Our clients are everyday folks looking to reclaim their strength and health. You’ll be their partner in success, coaching them through supportive 1-on-1 or small semi-private (2–4 people) sessions.

The Perks
  • Paid Training & Certification: Skip the expensive out-of-pocket fitness certs. We fully pay for your training and certification in our specialized methods.
  • Predictable Income: No sales quotas, no aggressive upselling, and zero commission anxiety. You get paid for every single hour you work.
  • True Work-Life Balance: Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) because we know rest, recovery, and life outside of work actually matter.
  • Skill Amplification & Career Growth: We prioritize promoting from within. Beyond fitness, you’ll build transferable leadership, client management, and studio operations skills.
  • Free Premium Membership: Access the world's most advanced, data-driven fitness technology for your own training.
  • Casual, Professional Uniform: Ditch the restrictive corporate dress code for high-quality, comfortable athletic attire.
 The Role
  • Coach with Precision: Guide clients safely through efficient, 20-minute, tech-powered strength workouts with a strong focus on form, bio-mechanics, and safety.
  • Leverage Fit-Tech: Use our proprietary technology to provide clients with real-time strength data and track metrics to prove their progress over time.
  • Cultivate Community: Build lasting relationships, conduct initial client consultations, and collaborate with the team to manage the studio schedule seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
  • People-Centric Mindset: You genuinely enjoy engaging with people, possess strong active listening skills, and bring professional empathy to every interaction.
  • The Fundamentals: High school graduate (or equivalent) with a current CPR/AED certification (or the willingness to secure one before completing your studio training).
  • The Extras (Nice to have, not required): A degree or background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or experience in coaching, personal training, or hospitality/customer service.
  • Mutual Investment: We invest heavily in your professional development, so we look for a 1-year commitment to grow alongside our studio.
Sound like a fit? Hit apply—we’d love to meet you!
