AR Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an AR Customer Service Specialist in Plano, TX, with a strong background in high-volume outbound calling. This role will handle a high volume of 200+ outbound calls daily to follow up on invoices, confirm receipt, verify accuracy, and resolve customer questions or billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate has experience in a volume-driven environment such as sales, telemarketing, or outbound call centers and is comfortable meeting daily call metrics while maintaining a friendly, professional approach. This is a business-to-business role focused on proactive account follow-up and relationship building rather than aggressive collections.

Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm

 

Compensation:  $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
