CNC Machine Operator

Operate and set up mills, lathes, multi-axis machining centers, and other CNC equipment to manufacture low-volume custom parts. The CNC Machine Operator will read blueprints, perform inspections, and work under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Lead Machinist.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills, lathes, multi-axis machining centers, and mixed CNC equipment.
• Set up CNC machines for low-volume custom-part production.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Perform basic in-process checks.
• Complete first-piece inspections.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machine operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC machine operation and machine setup.
• Blueprint reading proficiency.
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement.
• Experience with CNC programming and quality control.
