ETL Developer – Public Sector

Location: Arizona – Local Candidates Only
Work Model: Hybrid

Job Description

We are seeking an ETL Developer with 9+ years of experience to support data integration, data migration, and data warehousing initiatives for a public-sector project. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, extensive ETL development experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on ETL development and data integration experience.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and source-to-target mapping.
• Experience with data quality, validation, reconciliation, and data migration.
• Python and Unix Shell scripting knowledge.

Highly Desired Skills

• Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC/IICS, and Informatica Data Quality.
• Oracle Database, Microsoft SSIS, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Azure, REST APIs, and Salesforce connectors.

Note: Informatica experience is preferred. Candidates without it must be able to learn the technology and become productive quickly.

Additional Requirements

• Must currently reside in Arizona and be available for hybrid work.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must pass the required TOC certification and public-sector background check.
• Strong job stability, reliability, and communication skills are expected.
