Our client is looking for an Environmental Technician in King Mountain, NC!!
This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential to extend or convert to a direct hire!
Schedule:
- Day Shift, 8am to 5pm, pay rate $20
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all waste and recycling bins are emptied throughout the day.
- Operate a forklift.
- Properly separate, collect, store, and label waste, recycle, and chemicals.
- Communicate with other department employees to train on proper recycling and disposal of waste generated during the production process.
- Report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
- Must have steel-toed boots (remaining PPE will be provided by the site).
- Valid driver's license.
- Scheduled by the Vendor: Hazwoper Training (24hr) (Prior to Starting).
- Scheduled by the Client: Hazwoper Physical (Prior to Starting), Audio/Hearing Test (Prior to Starting).
