Your Role in Our Office:

Your primary home will be chairside doing clinical assisting, but because we are a small, collaborative team, everyone pitches in to keep the day running smoothly.

• Clinical Assisting and patient care: Leading the way chairside to help the doctor deliver excellent orthodontic care and customer service. Sterilization and inventory.
• Modern Systems: Utilizing our high-tech digital systems to keep clinical workflow seamless.
• Light Front-Desk Backup: Lending a hand with basic front office tasks when the rest of the team is busy.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience is strongly preferred so you can hit the ground running.
• Team Mindset: You enjoy the rhythm of a small office and are happy to help out wherever needed. 
• Detail-Oriented: We pride ourselves on the quality of care delivered, and that means attention to details along with organization.
• Communication skills: At the heart of what we do is patient care; we see both children and adults, so comfort working with all ages is important
