Customer Greeter

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Lot Greeter to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The Greeter plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers as they arrive on the lot, and efficiently connecting them with our knowledgeable sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge all customers promptly and courteously as they arrive on the lot.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and direct them to an available sales representative.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with answering basic customer inquiries regarding dealership services, hours, or vehicle inventory.
• Communicate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Monitor the lot and showroom to maintain a clean and organized appearance.
• Assist with light administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk outdoors for extended periods.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support other departments as needed.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
