Shipping & Receiving Associate – Day Shift
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift.

Job Description

Waterline is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Clearwater, Florida.

This position focuses primarily on receiving incoming shipments, verifying materials, and processing transactions in a computer system. The ideal candidate has previous receiving experience, strong computer skills, and preferably experience working with FedEx.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantities and accuracy.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Enter receiving transactions and update records in the computer system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Coordinate with carriers, including FedEx, when necessary.
• Organize incoming materials and maintain a clean, orderly receiving area.
• Assist with shipping tasks as needed.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required.
• Strong receiving experience preferred.
• FedEx experience is a plus.
• Experience processing transactions and entering data into a computer system is required.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
