Restaurant Server

We are seeking a Restaurant Server to provide attentive full-service dining and create an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the restaurant manager, this role supports opening and closing duties, high-volume peak service, private events, and shift-based station assignments while delivering knowledgeable, accurate, and efficient table service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive full-service dining.
• Take accurate orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain assigned tables.
• Provide wine and beverage guidance and assist with menu selections.
• Upsell menu items while responding thoughtfully to guest preferences.
• Support guests with allergy and dietary requests.
• Process payments accurately and assist guests throughout their visit.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team during peak service, private events, and assigned shifts.
• Complete opening and closing duties.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong menu knowledge and order accuracy.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
