We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a company specializes in next-day less-than-truckload (LTL) delivery services throughout Southern California located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) – 3PL / Logistics
Position Summary:
CitiStaff Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a 3PL logistics company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in 3PL operations, logistics coordination, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide order status updates.
- Resolve customer inquiries, shipping delays, and discrepancies.
- Process orders, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
Requirements:
- Previous 3PL and logistics experience is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with order processing and shipment tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $21 - $25/hr. DOE
