Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working candidates for multiple positions—including Packers, Material Handlers, Sanitation Specialists, and QA Technicians—at our food processing and warehouse facility in the Grand Prairie area. This role operates in a cold warehouse environment dedicated to processing fresh salads.
Open Positions & Responsibilities
- Packers: Inspect, sort, weigh, and package fresh salad products into containers or bags efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Material Handlers: Move, stack, and stage materials, raw produce, and finished products throughout the cold storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Sanitation Specialists: Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and deep-sanitation standards across processing equipment, food-contact surfaces, and warehouse areas.
- QA Technicians: Inspect raw materials and finished salad products, perform quality checks, monitor cold-chain temperatures, and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
Work Schedule & Shifts
Positions are available across all 3 shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6 am - Finish
- 2nd Shift: 4 pm - Finish
- 3rd Shift: 10 pm - Finish
(Candidates must have an open schedule and flexibility to support production needs).
Candidate Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
- Must be able to pass E-Verify.
- Must be comfortable working full-time in a Cold Environment (34°ree;F – 38°ree;F).
- Must be willing to work around strong odors typical of fresh produce processing and sanitation chemicals.
- Must have an Open Schedule with flexible availability.
