Data Entry Specialist (part-time)

The Joseph Law Group, a personal injury law firm headquartered in Beachwood, OH, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Specialist. This role focuses on extracting information from physical and online police reports, entering potential client and case data, supporting direct-mail campaigns, and maintaining accurate records. The position offers flexible hours in a supportive work environment, with required travel to the local post office and reimbursement for travel expenses. The specialist will use Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, along with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Review and extract information from physical and online police reports.
• Enter accurate police report, potential client, and case data into designated systems.
• Generate and maintain Excel spreadsheets and organized records.
• Track direct-mail campaign activity and daily incoming and outgoing mail volume.
• Prepare mailers, police reports, custom brochures, and mailing labels.
• Weigh and process outgoing mail using postage machines.
• Deliver outgoing mail to the local post office and track related activity.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently while supporting the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the team.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Efficient and accurate typing skills.
• Experience with spreadsheet management, mail processing, and records management.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
